3. Why wont older generations listen to the helpful comments of younger generations.
    How can a company so set in their ways still thrive in modern times.

4. The most important thing I gained from this experience was how to calmly talk to upset customers and help find a solution. This skill was developed by talking to frustrated customers, and employers, who came into the walk in store. Along with this skill I also gained the ability to organize and create a better flow on company's website.

5. It made me realize I didn't want to go into the family business, due to the fact you live with family and you don't want the frustration from work to follow you until you go to bed. Also I enjoy building and my options were between tech directing and working in the family business.
